General Description
HOBt based phosphorous cationic condensers show excellent performance in the synthesis of peptides containing common amino acids, but the results are not satisfactory in the synthesis of peptides with steric hindrance, with low yield and large degree of racemization. PyAOP, which is based on HOBt can meet this requirement. PyAOP can effectively promote the formation of sterically hindered amide bonds, and is widely used in the synthesis of peptides rich in N-methyl amino acids.
