Anti wrinkle mechanism: Snap-8 competes for the binding site of SNARE complex by simulating the N-terminal fragment of synaptic associated protein SNAP-25, inhibiting the stable formation of the complex. The SNARE complex is the key to neurotransmitter release, and when its function is inhibited, facial expression muscle contraction is gently regulated, thereby reducing the occurrence and deepening of wrinkles.
