General Description
22- (tert Butoxy) -22-oxodocosanoic acid is a non degradable ADC linker and alkyl chain based PROTAC linker, has broad application prospects in the fields of medicinal chemistry and biotechnology. Its unique chemical structure and properties provide strong support for the synthesis of ADCs and PROTACs, and also open up new avenues for new drug development.
In addition to serving as an ADC linker, 22- (tert Butoxy) -22-oxodocosanoic acid is also a PROTAC (protein hydrolysis targeted chimeric) linker based on the alkyl chain.
