Desmopressin acetate (desmopressin) is a polypeptide drug, which is the structural analog of natural arginine salt vasopressin, that is, 1-cysteine deamination, 8-l-arginine is replaced by 8-D-arginine, so it is also called desmopressin. This structural change greatly enhanced the ability of the molecule to resist enzyme degradation, enhanced its antidiuretic effect, prolonged its action time, and significantly reduced its vasoconstrictive activity. It is valid for at least one year if stored at -20 ℃ or lower.
