Phenylalanine derivatives

Phenylalanine is α- One of the amino acids with biological activity is L-phenylalanine. Phenylalanine is one of the essential amino acids for human body and belongs to aromatic amino acids. Phenylalanine derivatives are a kind of important pharmaceutical intermediates, such as phenylalanine, sarcolysin formate and other amino acid anticancer drugs. In addition, phenylalanine is also commonly used in food processing industry to supplement the amino acid balance of functional food needed by human body.
