β- Alanine beta series
β- Alanine beta series amino acids are a kind of amino acids in β- Alanine β- A series of amino acids derived from carbon atoms retain the side chain structure of amino acids, but the main chain is modified. The use of substituting amino acids in polypeptide sequences can avoid the recognition of biological enzymes, reduce the hydrolysis speed of polypeptide molecules and increase the stability of drugs. This part of the research work has been fully carried out and has formed a very large family.
